In the beautiful rolling hills of Asheville North Carolina real estate developers are carefully managing the growth of private residential neighborhoods by providing a harmonious balance between nature and civilization. Through the practice of building luxurious stately homes in the area just outside the township architects, planners, and designers have been able to create an environment of seclusion that offers residents the conveniences of modern living with the blending of the forested woodlands without damaging the natural beauty of the area.
Using private driveways that are hidden behind a gated community of exclusive residences the development team is transforming the quiet countryside, but still allowing for the preservation of the open spaces and mature plant life by giving each homeowner a lot that is between one and two and a half acres in size. While the houses themselves spread out to include the addition of a private gym, specialty media room, lavish office, and of course ample bedrooms and an abundant master suite, there are still plenty of lush green trees, shrubs, and beautiful flowers that grow naturally throughout the native landscape.
Using green materials throughout the construction that are environmentally conscious, some of the houses in the community are finished with the timbers that were harvested from the lot to make room for the building. Using this lumber to create hardwood floors, doors, and milled trim work throughout the property the homeowners are blending their scenic surroundings with the fine appointed finishes of their new homes to create a secluded retreat from the world that is still within a few minutes drive to the schools, shopping centers, and offices that make up the town of Asheville.
